Our panel of judges has been selected to provide a cross section of experience, opinion, and perspective from the cake decorating industry.
The judges will pick the winners for the following categories: Painted Cake, Sculpted Cake, Modelling Excellence, Sugar Flowers, Buttercream, Cookie, Wedding Cake, and Collaboration.

Nominations can be made via the online nominations form.
Porduct nominations can be made separately via this product nominations form.
There is no cost to nominate.
One nomination per person, any duplicate forms will be disregarded.

Nominations are made by filling in the public nominations form.
All nominations are considered in the lengthy shortlisting process undertaken by Cake Masters Magazine - shortlisting for skills-based categories is NOT based on the number of nominations received.
The shortlisting process involves going through each and every nomination and carefully considering the work of nominated cake artists.
Shortlisted finalists are then contacted and will need to provide a portfolio of work to be judged by our panel of esteemed judges.

This award is applicable for large group cake and edible art collaborations (not the online-themed collaborations for which there is a separate award).

Product nominations need to be done via a separate products form.
Products can be both edible products and non-edible products.
Up to eight products will be recognised and awards will be presented on the night.
Winners of this recognition award will be based on feedback put forward on nominations forms; our own in-house testing and opinions against the same assessment criteria as in previous years. Some examples of the criteria are quality, value for money, ease of use, and where necessary, innovation or uniqueness.
Companies and brands can nominate products.
Sponsors may also put their products forward for this award.

This award is given to a cake artist who’s up and coming and a future star! All finalists will be required to send in a personal statement, portfolio of work, and may be required to participate in an interview with the Editor of Cake Masters Magazine, Rosie Mazumder.

The winner is based on the feedback from readers on what their heroes mean to them.

Suggestions for this award can be made via the nominations form. The winner is picked by the Editor of Cake Masters Magazine, Rosie Mazumder.

This award is not an annual award. The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to an icon that’s helped shaped the industry with excellence in their field of artistry.

Will be contacted and informed of the next steps.
Finalists that do not confirm participation, will respectfully not be included.
Will be required to submit a portfolio of work that best represents the category that they’re a finalist in.
Will need to prepare a few words to say on stage. Winners will also be interviewed for the magazine.
If unable to attend the awards ceremony, will be required to submit an acceptance video and your award will be posted out
